So begins one of the most humbling trips/adventures/experiences I’ve ever had.
In December, Chris started talking to me about the possibility of me coming along to Uganda to work on humanitarian projects in a remote village outside of Kampala that he had been working on for the last year or so. I initially said I would consider it, and then as time went on and the time of the trip drew nearer and nearer, I realized that this was an opportunity like few others and that I would be a fool not to take it. So I booked a plane ticket to Africa, packed my camera gear, and did it. What follows is some of the most sincere photography I’ve ever attempted. For the most part over the next 15 or so posts, I’ll let the photos do the talking with small captions where necessary. There will be a full write-up with my thoughts over on scottquent.in when I finish it, but I wanted to get these photos online as soon as possible.
