July 7th – 76th St.

I drove past here during mid-day and immediately realized that at sunset, the sun would be filtering through the trees and this would be an incredible place for a shot. This is also an important step for me because it’s the first time in a while where I’ve had a good shot set up and I didn’t default to my widest lens to take the shot. Framing and composition is another challenge I need to start tackling instead of just grabbing for the wide-angle to get the entire scene in.

Regardless, I’m rather proud of this one, enjoy.
